With Agendio, you start by picking the size and type of planner and then customize the layout, add important dates and reminders and pick your cover and accessories. You can also save your Agendio to reorder or tweak in following years, which makes it helpful to refine your layout and create your perfect planner.

Wow-worthy: Agendio is 100% customizable so if you know exactly what you want and you’re sick of trying to make another planner work for you, we highly recommend Agendio.

You can also start the planner every day of the year, so if a school year or a non-calendar fiscal year makes more sense for you, it’s totally possible. Agendio planners are super high quality and the amount of options are perfect for those managing multiple

Considerations: If you’ve never used a planner before or you don’t like to make a ton of decisions, Agendio isn’t the planner for you. You can customize each page, add additional pages and more, so Agendio is perfect for the pickiest of planner users, but for a newbie there’s probably too many choices. It’s best to go in with a solid block of time to set up your first Agendio (especially if you’re adding custom date reminders!) and a list of exactly what you’d like your planner to include so you don’t forget anything.

Full Focus Planner® | A planner by Michael Hyatt

If you find yourself wrangling a to-do list that feels a million miles long or you commonly find yourself thinking, “I barely stopped to breathe today, yet it feels like nothing got done,” you’re a perfect fit for the Full Focus Planner.

Based on the teachings he shares in his latest book, Free to Focus, Michael Hyatt initially designed this planner for himself and now has turned it into a full-fledged system meant to help high achievers reach their goals in record time.

Wow-worthy: Broken down into a system that helps you to lay out your annual goals, followed by weekly objectives, and daily action, this planner is solidly focused on helping you make progress each and every day so that you can look back on your weeks, months, and year and see how far you’ve come. No more spinning your wheels trying to gain traction, this planner is designed to get you moving the needle.

Best Self’s Self Planner

The Self Planner’s aim is to help you master your time, focus on what’s important, and take control of your life  -- every day.

With an emphasis on achieving work-life harmony (can we get an “amen!”), Your Self Planner includes a powerful benchmark tool that helps you to own your success in each area of your life so you can see where you’re doing well, and which areas need improvement, so you can utilize your Self Planner to adjust in the areas you need.

Best Planners for Solopreneurs - Goal-Setting Planners

Powersheets

It’s tough to put into words exactly what Powersheets are because they’re it’s so much more than a goal planner.

Powersheets start with a deep dive on exactly what you want out of your life for the year ahead in all aspects: work, family, relationships, faith, community, no element of life is off limits because this planner is all about visioning and working toward creating the life of your dreams.

Wow-worthy: This goal-setting planner dives deep and asks you to be real with where you are and what you want out of life, but, if you follow the process, Powersheets can be truly transformative.

Considerations: Powersheets does have a monthly calendar grid sheet, but this planner is focused primarily on goal-planning, so if you need more room for to-dos related to appointments, calls, deadlines, etc, you’ll likely need an additional planner or to rely on your Google Cal for those events.

Panda Planner - Venture

Panda Planner® Venture

Another quarterly option with room to plan for the next 90 days, the Panda Planner Venture differs greatly from other quarterly planners like the Full Focus Planner or the 90X Goal Planner in that it allows for monthly, weekly, and daily planning and provides quarterly reviews in addition to another section specifically for business planning and goal-setting (with an emphasis on core values, which we love).

Wow-worthy: Beyond all of what comes inside the Panda Planner Venture, with your planner purchase, you’ll also receive:

  • Exercises based on business best practices and neuroscience to take your company — and productivity — to the next level
  • Additional resources such as eBooks on topics like "How to Crush Your Goals", "How to Cure Procrastination", and “How to Get Back on Track When You Fall Off Course”
  • Plus, a video mini-course on how to skyrocket your productivity

Considerations: Although we love the morning review and end-of-day review features, if you’re a fan of a more minimalistic quarterly planning system, you may not find yourself using all this planner has to offer.

The Solopreneur Business Planner

The Solopreneur Business Planner by The Pink Ink

Okay, okay...we know we mentioned pen and paper planners at the beginning of this post, but this digital planner specifically crafted for solopreneur business owners was too good to overlook.

Wow-worthy: In addition to being solopreneur-minded, this planner comes with 70+ templates so you can truly customize it to fit your precise planning needs. Not to mention, this planner won’t expire after a quarter or a year, this can truly become the foundational piece that serves as your business' manual, so to speak.

Considerations: If you really need that pen and paper aspect, this planner can still work for you as it comes in a printable PDF file, but you won’t be able to benefit from it’s clickable and searchable features.

Wow-worthy: Don’t be fooled thinking this is only a spreadsheet in disguise as a planner, The Clever Fox Budget Planner also contains tools to help you actualize your financial goals by creating a mind map, a strategic plan and giving you the framework to map out your tactics for taking action to make your financial goals a reality. (Also, there’s a Christmas spending planner...you may not think you need it, but trust us, you won’t be able to live without it after using it!)

Considerations: It goes without saying, but because this is a paper planner, you’ll need to do a little math on your own, however, the act of filling out the tables and trackers in this planner is part of the process that makes paying down debt or ridding yourself of bad spending habits that much more effective. Something about physically notating the financial progress you’re making really provides a feeling of confidence that leads to long-term habits and routines.
